Banned Foods:

  • Bread

  • Peanut Butter

  • Candy

  • Mushrooms

  • Nutella

  • Soda

  • Chips

  • Ice cream (replace with frozen yogurt pops)

General Rules:

  • 1-2L of water daily

  • 5-10+K steps daily

  • Burn 400 calories daily

  • Run 1+ time a week

  • Only eat around other people (and in moderation)

  • 2 fasts a week

  • Daily intake under 800

  • 45+ minutes of exercise daily

Weekly Routines:

  • Sunday: Run or Full Body Workout

  • Monday: Leg Focused Workout and Measurement Day

  • Tuesday: Walk to school

  • Wednesday: Walk to school and Arm Focused Workout and Measurement Day

  • Thursday: Random 30+ min workout

  • Friday: Ab, Arm, and Full Body Workout

  • Saturday: Run or Full Body Workout and Measurement Day
